From New York to Texas

Hello everyone!!! I made it!!!! Michael and I are now 1,342 miles away from home and I'm actually doing pretty good. For the most part I don't feel that far away from home which is a good thing. The area seems to feel in a weird way like its just a neighboring town of back home... if only that were true. We had a great trip down without getting lost. YAY!!! Our first night we stopped in Dublin, Ohio where Michael and I tried fried pickles for the first time. Day two another long day of driving ended in Nashville, Tennessee. Day three we headed to Memphis where we went to Graceland and later met up with this guy that Michael knows from school Mr. Albert Moore at Corky's BBQ for dinner and then headed off to Little Rock to stay the night. Day four we headed to our new home in Texarkana, TX. We got here and got treated to a lunch by the owner of the apartment complex. Oh that southern hospitality. Since then we have just been busy cleaning and trying to get things organized and put away. Once I get it all squared away I will put up pictures of our place. Anyways I decided I would try blogging so that everyone who is interested in what Michael and I are up to could come here and check it out. I am hoping I will be able to update it often to let y'all (lol just had to throw that in there) know what's going on.

  1. Wow Meg! I am so impressed! I didn't know you were so technically saavy! LOL.
I started a blog a long time ago called keeping up with the bradshaws, but then never did anything to it or put anything on there...I wasn't sure what to write about.

I am glad to see you are keeping yourself busy and are getting accustomed to it rather fast! That makes me happy :) I want you to do well there :) Well, miss you and talk to you soon!
